History

After several moderators left the Oddworld Forums for The Glass Asylum, a number of moderating positions became available, so the remaining staff decided to hold public elections. In late August 2002, nominations were taken for moderators of Off-Topic Discussion, Fan Corner, Oddworld RPG and Member Art and Literature.[11] However, because two members had repeatedly been nominated to moderate General Oddworld Discussion, this position was also made available. Voting took place between 26 August and 1 September, with the winning moderators promoted the following day.[3]
