From oddworld.com:
The Smithsonian American Art Museum is putting on a new exhibit: The Art of Video Games! For six months the prestigious institute will be showcasing 80 titles from 40 years of video game history, and from today until April 27, 2011, the public can help choose which games will have the honor of appearing. Oddworld: Abe’s Oddysee is up for inclusion, facing Metal Gear Solid and Crash Bandicoot: Warped for selection as the representative of the Action Genre on the original Sony PlayStation. As Oddworld fans we know you want to vote for us, so go now to the voting website, look at the Transition Era (Era 4) and let them know how artistic Oddworld is! The Art of Video Games run from March 16, 2012 to September 30, 2012 at the Smithsonian American Art Museum in Washington, DC.
Note that at the moment the ArtOfVideoGames.org can be very slow to load but voting is possible if you have enough patience. Thanks to Nate for the heads up.
