The Magog Cartel began clearing trees in the Forest of Mudos to make space to build a meat processing plant. It referred to this process as ‘<q>reallocation</q>’ of the trees. Throughout <time datetime="2023-12">December 2023</time>, the Magog Cartel promoted a number of commercial products manufactured out of wood, although it never stated that they were created from the trees of the Forest of Mudos, or that the trees in the forest were being destroyed.
