'''Xavier De Coster''' (born 20 December 1986), better known simply as '''Xavier''') is an [[Oddworld]] fan, co-owner (with [[Max the Mug]]) of the [[Oddworld Library]] and super moderator of Zulag One on the [[Oddworld Forums]]. He is currently studying Civil Engineering at the Université catholique de Louvain and enjoys metal music, skiing and swimming.

Xavier joined the Oddworld Forums on 1 August 2001.<ref name="xavjoin"/> Although moderator of [[General Oddworld Discussion]] was not a position open in the third quarter of 2002, Xavier received enough nominations to convince [[Abe Babe]], [[Pilot]] and [[Alcar]] that they should let members vote him into the position, which he was awarded on 2 September 2002.<ref name="xavmodapp"/><ref name="xavmodvote"/>
