Some of you will remember, back in 2011 we tweeted a blurred out picture of a big whiteboard with lots of stuff on it. The only non-blurred bit said “Abe HD”.

Well we found the unblurred version, and since the games been out a couple of years we thought we’d share it with you!…

As you can see from the image, there was certainly a lot of ideas flying around our heads. We also brainstormed some very early solutions to some of the potential problems we thought we’d face.

You’ll notice in the top right the list of voice cameo’s we wanted, you’ll also notice a little tick next to the first person we had on board, all the way back in 2011.

We sat around the whiteboard for a few hours that day in our old office. I think at the time there was only 5 or 6 of us. We wrote down everything that popped into our heads and then some.

Anyway, we hope you enjoy this look back at the first real open meeting had for the game that would become Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty.
