Stangs

A Stang is an aquatic creature on Oddworld. They were designed for Munch’s Oddysee but have not appeared in a game. The species has also been called Sting Rings, also spelt StingRings.

Physiology

A Stang is a buoyant invertebrate that floats in water. Its main body is a spheroid shape with a number of tentacles that descend into the water. Stangs also have ascending antennae that discharge electric arcs that can jump to nearby creatures.
