Stumpy
Stumpy is a character in a draft of the Oddworld: Abe’s Oddysee movie. The name alone, with only basic identifiers of relevant plot elements and no character details, appears in a flowchart of the film’s story that was published in the 2007 book Inside Game Design.[1] However, the context implies Stumpy is Abe’s cellmate. A concept painting by Lorne Lanning depicts Abe and a short character, possibly Stumpy, examining rock art in a cave.[2]
